SYDNEY DAN.

DEATH DEFYING STUNT. Thames will to-morrow at noon be treated to the greatest sensation it has ever had when Sidney Dan, for a wager, will be placed in a straightjacket by anyone present. Mr. Dan. after being securely tied and leg-ironed, will be placed in the middle of the road in front of the King’s Theatre, while a powerful motor car will be waiting yards away with engine running ready to start. The signal will be given to start. Mr. Dan to free himself and the driver of the car to charge straight for Sidney Dan at its upmost speed. Sidney Dan considers that he will be free before the speeding car reaches him. Spectators are requested that they do not park their cars too near the finishing point as that place is ■reserved for the ambulance. 801 lup and sec this thrilling stunt.
