Rugby men throughout South Wales are considering the question of a memorial to the late Mr. T. D. Sehofield, a pioneer of Rugby iii the principality, and a member of the Intermvtional Rugby Board. As a legislator, official and referee he was regarded as ah expert; and among the suggestions put forward is that a fund should bo started for the purpose of providing a national Rugby ground for Wales—a queston in which the late Mr. Schofield was deeply interested, and for which in recent years he had worked strenuouslv.
