UNDER SUMMER TIME
OBSERVING THE NEW ACT
The members of the Thames Ministers' Association met yesterday yesterday to consider what should be done regarding the time for evening service on Sundays during the operation of the Summer Time Bill. It was finally decided to adhere to the clock and start services at 7'p.m. Although this corresponds to 6 p.m. present time, it was felt that no hardship would be felt and if after a trial the time was found unsuitable, a meeting would be called to make a further decison. The Roman Catholic Church will also observe the provisons of the new Act.
