THE WESTLAND SEAT. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON. Nov. 16. The official scrutiny in connection with the Westland election was completed at 4 o’clock on Sunday morning. J. O’Brien (Labour) and T. E. Y, Seddon (Nationalist) each have 4174 votes, but there are three absent votes -yet to come.
