RESULT OF ALTERCATION

Meagre details are to hand of a stabbing affray at' Banyas, near Innisfail, resulting in the death of a man named Roy Moore. It is alleged that Moore became engaged in an alterca-
tion with a Maltese, whose name is at present not known, and that the latter stabbed Moore in the chest. The -Mal-
tese has been arrested and charged with murder.
