CONSERV A TIV ES M EET. ADVICE TO ULSTER. (A. and X.Z. Cable.) LONDON, Sept. 2G. The Daily Chronicle’s political correspondent states that Mr Baldwin presided at a full attendance of Conservative ex-Ministers, including Lords Cur•Kon, Birkenhead and the two Chamberlains. It was decided that it was not good tactics to divide against the Irish Boundary Bill, nor for the Lords to press their dislike for the measure to the point of rejection. It was better for Ulster to bow to force and later to take up a stand against the findings of the Commission if 1 hoy were unreasonable.
