AUCKLAND, July 2.

On March* 28th., a man Patrick Ryan wag killed in a motor accident at Penrose. He was identified and buried under that name. The police have since ascertained the man’s name was Patrick Joseph Doherty, and the inquest was re-opened to-day. After hearing the evidence the coroner said there was now no doubt of the deceased's identity, apd amended the depositions accordingly.
