PRESIDENT DELAYS SIGNING. (Sun Cable.) WASHINGTON, April 21st. It is stated on reliable authority that President Cnolidge. hearkening to liis political councillors will not veto the Immigration Bill despite its Jaoanese exclusion feature, but will defer action for ten days after its receipt, so that the measure will become law without J)is signature.
