FAILURE TO SEND RETURNS.
A DOCTOR FINED £SO. (Press Association). AUCKLAND, Oct. 26. Dr. Percy V. Lunn, of Kaitaia, was fined £SO for failing to forward returns of income. It was stated he had paid the default assessments instead of sending returns. His solicitor explained that the practice extended from the North'. Cape to Kaitaia. He Avas away from home a great deal, and could get no accountant to keep his books 'because there was none in the district.
