BY AEROPLANES. s FRISCO TO NEW YORK. IN 28 HOURS. (A. and N.Z. Cable). NEW YORK, Aug. 23. The postal department has successfully inaugurated a 28-houi aerial mail service between San Francisco and New York. ’Planes are working in relays.
