GERMAN MENACE. (A. and N.Z. Cable). BERLIN, Aug. 17. President Streseman continues to be attacked by Communists and the extreme Nationalists who predict the same fate as Erzeberger* and Rathnau. Pan-Germans accuse him of being the friend of France and do not hesitate to foretell his murder.
