DOCK STRIKERS.
MARCH TO TILBURY. CA. and N.Z. Cable.* LONDON, July 23. The strikers, marching from London, reached Tilbury as the dock workers were signing on, and persuaded several hundred to join the strike. Work was consequently stopped on the 2 New Zealand boats, 2 of the P. and 0., 2 Clan liners and several smaller vessels. Those marching returned later to London, leaving pickets.
