DIVORCE CASE.

STRANGE .EVIDENCE. PROCTOR INTERVENES. (A. and N.Z. Cable) (Received 8.55 a.m.) LONDON, Eeb, 10. The King’s Proctor intervened in a strange divorce case wherein a schoolmaster named vxeorge Lantsberry obtained a decree nisi in 1921 the co-respondent being Franc’s Hamilton, ,an ex-priest. The Proctor now alleges than the husband connived at the wife’s misconduct with Hamilton, that at an interview between the three the question was raised who would have the woman and she chose her husband. He ultimately persuaded hi» wife to ask Hamilton to come to their home in Manchester and live with her. Hamilton obeyed and the three lived in the same house. Mrs. Lantsberry gave evidence that when Father Hamilton came to the house her husband greeted him with “Well, Frank you have come to take my place.” She declared she was but a child when the incident occurred.
