SNIPERS STILL ACTIVE. (A. and N.Z. Cable.) (Received 11.20 a.m.) LONDON,/Ded. 27. .Serious disturbances o.ceurred in the Marrowbone district of Belfast. 'The - sniper fired on the police, wounding one constable dangerously. The police returned itihe fire, killing a civilian and wounding iseveral.
