Mr. F. Postlewaite of Auckland, is present in Thames . Mr. P.. Grundy of Turua, was a passenger from Auckland last evening. Mr. J. H. Salmon S.M. returned to ■Thames to-day. Mr. T. Mangan who has been spending a holiday at Thames has returned to Auckland. Mr. J. Overton Smith who has been visiting Thames, has returned to Auckland. Mr. J. Dillon has returned to Ngaten. Mr. Cumberworth of Auckland, left for "Whangamata this morning. Mr. S. Naylor, porter-in-charge of the Puriri Railway station, returned yesterday from his annual vacation. Mr. F. E. Powell who arrived yesterday from Auckland, left this morning for Whangamata in connection with -tho County bridges. The late Mr. Caleb Joshua Robinson, who died in Auckland on Sunday, resided on Thames for many years, following the occupation of fisherman. Some years ago he iVvoved to Auckland., - His brother, Mr. W. •Robinson, resides in Upper Albert Street.
