MUTINEERS HOLD THE TOWN
The Governor Imprisoned LONDON, Nov. 7 Admiral Souchon, Governor oi Kiel, has been imprisoned. The Soldiers' and Workmen's Council has ififiued a proolaitniation stating that for the first time in his tory the German political power is in the hands of the soldiers. The Council orders the navy to leave t!h< harbour, and also ordered the release of all military prisoners, LONDON, Nov. 7 The Daily Express' Amsterdam' correspondent telegraphs': The revolution at Kiel has been raging since Sunday. It is reported there are great fires in a warehouse where formidalble explosions occurred.
