At 11.30 a.m. on. Thursday, Oat. 10th, &c Farmers' Auctioneering Co. will offer 400 head of cattle for sale at the Goromaoidel yards. The company' will also sell, on behalf of Mir M. Gotrrie, in .conjunction with the Loan.and Mercantile Co., 10 subY divisions, residential sites, and small farms, 'ranging from 4 to 321 acresl.

Instructed by Mr G. Phillips, on account of the difficulty of getting iaibour, th£( Farmers' Auctioneering) Co. will sell on Thursday, October 10, at nooil, tihe -whole of his livo and dead stock and farming implements, also the 1 property, comprising two farms of 278 acre® and 396 acres at Waihi.
