JUSTICE CHAPMAN ENQUIRING
WELLINGTON, March 28. \ It is uaderstood that Mir Justice Chapman is at present engaged holding Mi enquiry into an. alleged grievance of German prisoners interned on Somes Island. ' When seen last night .Judge Chapman admitted that he was holding •an inquiry, but would not say anything regarding the nature of the investiga-tion.-—Brass Association.
