LONDON, December 4 Mr Bouchier, press correspondent, ' writing on November 30, warns the Allies that' external pressure against the Bolsheviks might excite the masses who care nothing about" the integrity of Russia, but desire peace in .order to prosecute the war against the classes. Mr. .Bouchier thinks the Bolsheviks' chances of making peace are most uncertain. . All the, more enlightened sections of the people oppose trafficking! Avith German'militarism.
