An Odessa telegram yesterday states that complete disorder prevails in south Russia.. Brigands [ provided with- bombs infest-the country districts. The peasants' devastationfl of landlord estates continue incessantly. Government soldiers n the townships are plundering shops and com stores. Many casualties are I reported.—Times Service.
