PARLIAMENT
WELLINGTON, Oct. 30. The Legislative Council met at 11 a.m. and agreed to a second conference with the house of Representatives on the subject of exemption of clergy and teachers from the Expeditionary Forces Bill. ""Sir F. Bell, Mr. Aitken, Sir W. Buchanan, and Mr. Fisher were appointed managers.
The House of Representatives met at 11 a,.m., and after format busU ness, adjournedl at 11.15 .for the conference with tlie t council.—-Press Association.
