It is reported thafc Lord Rhcnrhi, President oi the Local Govermnent Board, is resigning owing to ill-health, and that kSir Geo. Cave, Home Secretary, is accepting 1 the Mastership of the Rolls. In addition ha, may join the War Cabinet. The Daily Chronicle's Parliamentary reporter says extensive re-shuffling of Ministers is expected, involving at least four of tfe most important positions. •
Mr lUingwwth, Postmaster-General, is regarded as a likely successor to Load Dev&nport. Dr. Addison will probably go to the Home OfHce. Mr Gordon Hewart, Solicitor General, and ]Wr Roberts, Parliamentary Secretary "to the Board of Trade, will probably get promotion.—A and N.Z. Cable.
