Vienna advises that in the opinion of members of the Reichstag, Doctor Cross, leader of the German National League, will be elected President. The indications are that Che session will be a stormy oneCzech parties, who are numerically superior are united in order to insist on tire foundation of a single Slav State, while the Poles and Socialists demand the union ofv Galicia; with- the independence of Poland, having an outlet to the sea ._A. and N.Z. and Reuter.
