+ ARREST OF ASSEMBLY MEMBER-** AN EXPLANATION D-EMAK'DED. PEKING, August 28. iSienate has instructed the Speaker to confer with the Speaker of the National Assembly regarding the arrest of eight members of the Assembly and to ask Yuanshihkai whether he desires to govern with or without Parlianienti. Senate has suspended its sessions pending a satisfactory explanation of the arrests and the Assembly has also adjourned.
