TERRITORIAL CAMPS.

The Pei'ence Department lias decided to hold four main camps, two in each island. It is estimated that •6000 men will be under canvas in the Wellington camp, for which three, kites are under, consideration^ Hi-mi-, tangi, Takapaui'ahdvTurakina. General Sir lim Hamilton'will inspect the camps next year. . -
