The picture film case, Pullers "autl Haywai'ds against Thompson and Payne, was concluded yesterday, the jury disagreeing. ■ Judgment was entered on admission for £i2l 12s lid. A. new trial is to be gvanted if the parties fail to agree as. to the .remainder of the claim, £4273 6s 8d special damages and breach of contract.
