Thje Magiistralte to-day dlismiissed the case in which Joseph, D. O'Neill was charged with clausing a,otual< bodily harm to Henry Herrmu>,, rather better known as Sandow, a. professional wrestler and boxer. 'J.he affray took j?laoe in a hotel. The evidence showted that Sandow annoyed accused, and that several blows were strucfk, and that SandoAv bit ,one of O'Neill's fingers. Of Neil 1 had a nail file in the other hand • ait the time, and in his pain forgot he was so armed, and struck Sandow aga,in. inflicting injvries described a« slight.
