ATTACKS ON INDIAN SOWARS. (Per United Press Association.) 'TEHERAN, December- 27. The Direicitoi; of the Peraian Department ojf tJhe Foreign Office, mii tea-viewed, declares that Russia its oonivinoed thiait the Persian Government waa not associated ■with the anti-IRluesian outbreaks at Tabriz and elsewhere. The authors of the CJauc-asian outbreaks were .principally Armenians and criminals, together* •with political agitators. He adds that 3500 Russian troops are going to Taibriz. . A frjesh attack was made on Ti.dian SoWara at Kazei-un, two being killed.
