' ■ Tho Hauraki Plains Amendment Bill was reported from commitl«o with amendments. The Administration Amendment Bill, providing for "the exemption of English Public Trustee in administering a New |'Zealand estato from executing a bond, was read a second time without discussion. The Tramways Amendment Bill was brought on for the second reading, and tho debate ■ inteimpted" by ths adotirn ■nent.
