SYDNEY, Dtecembter 9. Mr Cook, ex-Minister of Defence, addrsseing a meeting at North Sydney, said that when the referendum proposals became law unificaiirn would have airived. The proposils intended to get rid of the Hi>'h Court, which had in most cases up held the State appeals against tl, Commonwiealth.
