LQNiDiOtN, December 7. The pollings heretofore' haver shown 78.88 in the electorates compared witb 87.67 for the game seats in January. The changes are largely attributable to personal.,factors.due to. the boiler-makers lockout, the absence of solid Irish votes, also a thousand employed electors reeking work in oth«T parts of the country. There is little changes in Birmingham and elsewhere. The liberal majorities, nra often reduced. There is a general r©> duction in their majorities in ScofeI land. Sylvester Home and Albert Spicer have been re-elected. I At Jarrow yesterday Viscount Hartley (Chairman of the Tariff Reform League) declared that the' Unionifts had won more seats in thar any otEer part of tlie kingdom.
