Counsel for the No-license party contended the onojs of disproving of irregular.ties was on the other sde, and they had not done it. Hi? still insistedl the official recommit had been mismanagied. He urged the absentee votes must be allowed and in this the Court agreed w'tih him, but did not seenii to take the idea suarge=itedi \,y counselof going through tfee whole of the voting papers agaiOi.
