NEWSPAPER MULCTED IN £3000.

LONDON. June 12. The newspaper "Footlwear" was mulcted by the King's Bench in £3000 damages for libelling Soper, m bootseller at) Pecfchan}, in connection with his idampaign against boots partially made of oardfocwiird and in favor of a standard mark, on those made of solid leather.
