CHiRISTOHUfiCH, Afcual W. An inquest was held at the morgue before thle; district Ooroner touching tthie death on the previous day of John; Joseph Greney, agedl 18, who resided with hisi parents ait. Fitzgerald Aveniu'e. The Coroner stated that it had been reported) to him that on tlhe 13th inst. deceased complained of a sora throat. No treatment was given him until the 19th intet., when a man. named 'Doctor' Stanton., who was no registered practiltioner, attepdieH him. Muohi had been heard lately in the papers in regprdi to iStanton in connection with oanoer Oases. Stapiton attended deceased, gave hmi spowdiers and apparently continuer] his treatimieinit u|ntdl the 22nd inst.
Evidence was givfem that Stanton had visited tlhe young '. mian times and hiad given him powders dissolved in cold boiledl -waiter.
