The gaol authorities had hiad aocused under obsiervation, for a Week and as the result of tiheir report he wis exaoiiined as to "his 'mental condition. Aj short esamination, by the doo ton- resulted in Wilson. TDleing certified as insane and hie will be committed t> the mental hospital.
