Mr ilia mar Greenwood, a Commoner, cabled to blie Colonial Office from Holland Bay that, all 'the buildings and dwellings in Kingston were d'e--stroyed 'by earthquake' a.nd ai subsequent fira Tho mi lit my .hospital was ibiunt and forty soldiers reported killed, also several prominent citizens.
