CONSPIRACY AT TIFLIS.
BOMBS AND DYNAMITE! FOUfID. DEIATH "SENTENCES FOUND. (Received Tuesday 9.20 aan.) ST. iPEiTERSBURG, Aug. 14. The police raided an inn at Tiflia and arrested a, number of conspirators. They found seven bombs and a stock of dynamite. They also discovered a, death sentence oni tih,e Chief of Police signed by the committee of the Social Revolutionary Party.
