Food in War Time.
REPORT OF THE COMMISSION, j [Per United Press Association.] : LONDON. August 9. The report, of the Commission appointed on the question of the supply of food in. war time, as previously cabled, is now published. It says: "As Britain relies mainly on the strength of her navy, and only to a less extent on her widespread resources, and tend to keep down the cost of transport, go far to prevent clearness of food in war time, and stimulate shipowners to enterprise." The minority report' demurs to the ' indemnity proposal, but recommends the appointment of a committee to consider the subject. It recommends the establishing of national grain stores.
