i MEETING- OF COMMITTEE. , _ — j The Management Committee of the j Thames- Rugby Union met in the ~ Y.M. Club rooms last night, Mr Chris. Johnston presiding. T A letter was received from the j Piako Rugby Union to arrange a match for Saturday next, but as the ; ground was not available, the secre- . tary was instructed to wire to that ; effect, and suggest September 9th as a suitable date. Mr H. Brownlee was granted the use pf the Union's jerseys for the Hospital match, which will be played on Saturday next. I The secretary was instructed to write to Waikino, and suggest 2nd ' September as a. suitable date for a i junior representative match with i with Thames juniors. !
