THE FEDERAL HOUSE. (Per United Press Association.) MELBOURNE' October 27. In the House Mr Reidi made a state menfc on the proposed (business, and hoped that before the session ended in the early part of February to finally deal with the Arbitration, Papua, Fradulent Trade Marks, and Defence Amending Bills- The latter deals with ther reorganisation of the military forces. Also a Bill regulating tlie shipment of fruit. With reference to preferential trade the Government proposed to give Mr Deakin an opportunity of introducing the subject next session.
