INCREASE OF CAPITAL. (By Telegraph — Own Correspondent.) AUCKLAND, October 27At an extraordinary meeting of Bhareholdersi of the Kuraimi G.M. 00. held to-day the following resolutions increasing *he capital ofi the company were passed. 1. That RegulnticD Three in the Articles cf Association of the Company be alte.-ed as follows: " That the Capital of the Company be in-reasoi to £25,000 by the creation of 40,g00 new shares of 5s each." 2. lhut 30,0c0 shares of such shares be offered to members cf the Company on the Bepister of Shareholders on ihe 15th day of November, io.c4, in 1 ropoition cl one share for every two shares then held by such members. 3. Tnat members w 110 pay the svm of 2d per share on app'icatLn, ai:d 2d per shnre en allotment, shall be entitled to Cerliiicatfs for shares app'ied for by them paid up to 2s 8d ea h 4. Lennox) referred to- a telegram received from the mine manager reporting dabs of goldl in the Shotover reef as the most Fmpoitaut views from their property for many years.
