COST OF FEEDING THE REFUGEES.
LONDON, June 21
The Boer refugees in the camps in the Orange Colony, besides the nine for the natives, are requiring weekly the importation of 88 tons of food stuffs. The average mortality m thes* camps is 116 per thousand per annum and is largely the result of the Boer? disregard to sanitation, and the women's neglect of the children.
