A THAMES MINER INJURED.

It struck Le Manquis heavily to * the ground, and caused dislocation and fracture of the hipiarid thigh besides other -minor injuries.* The unfortunate sufferer • was immediately attended by Dr. Guiunejs> who fixed up the man's injuries and made him as comfortable as circumstances would allow.- ' The injiry is such as to necessitate long treatment, consequently it was thought advisable to send Le Manquis to the Thames hospital, where he wss taken last night.
