The question of fixing the site of the 'federal capital will.first.be submitted to the New South Wales Parliament.
SYDNEY, February 22.
It ii- stated that probably Canada and New Zealand will be asked to send between them about one thousand troops to attend the opening of the Federal .Parliament.
