JOHN DILLON REDIVIVUS.

LONDON, Februuiy l!>

In the House of Commons Join Dillon moved the adjournment as a protest against Mr Balfour s- long standin grule that the foreign Undersecretary should not. reply to questions which had not 'oeen notified. The motion was rejected by 2U4 votes to 149.
