LONDON,. February 20. The Government is issuing three millions worth of Treasury Bills. General French' is constantly receiving the submission of stragglers from Louis Botha'* main commando. After their flight Irom Iloutkraal towards Priestka the Boers obtained r-emounts and then trekked westward towards Hopetown.
Sir Gordon Spriggs, the Cape Premier, promises to confer a medal with an Imperial star on all the British and colonial .forces that have taken part in the war.
