SYDNEY, January 3. The Federal Ministers are getting relative matters in order. Mr. Barton ; has wired treasurers of the various States that the customs and excise revenue HviU have to be created a Commonwealth consolidation account from the first of January. Most of the visiting Federal Ministew will leave Sydney after the celebrations and meet again early next month to complete the'arrangements for the Federal elections. ; j MELBOURNE, January i 3. I Si.- J. Maddrn, Chief Justice, was sWorn in as Lieutenant Governor of the State. The ceremany was purely formal. ;
