LONDON, April 17, The Boers ha,ve retired from Wepener and Rouxville. . : Part of the retiring force is hug-v ging the Basutoland frontier, hoping to pass east of Lady-brand. The Basutos are marching parallel with therßoera to prevent th© slightest enordachment on their territory. Another commando, reported to be 6000 strong, is marching southward direct on Bethulie. Major-Generals Chei-mside,' Rundle and Brabant are trying to intercept them.
