WELLINGTON, June 26.
At a caucus of the Opposition party this afternoon a Gompiittee was set up to go fully into the questioned proposing an amendment to the Address-inßeply iv the direction of declaring the seces* sity of appointing a Parliamentary Committee to enquire into what; is known as the " marine scandal." A committee was also appointed to analyse the constitution of the various sessional committees as proposed by Ministers. Both Committees will report to another caucus to-morrow morning. ■■•".■.
