THE PEACE CONFERENCE.
LONDON, June 23
Despite the opposition of the British and American representatives the Peace Conference has endorsed the prohibition of the Dumdum bullet. The Turkish delegates at the Conference challenged the Armenians being allowed to address the meeting, as the Armenians are sympathisers with Young Turkey.
June 24.
At the Peace Convention the Russian delegate made a proposition that all armies should remain at a standstill for five years, excepting forces, and that there should also be no further increase in the naval armament for three years.
